What Shipping Options Are Available

We typically ship 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, pending payment verification.  Advanx Health provides free shipping of saliva collection kit to you. Your order will also include pre-paid return shipping envelopes for each kit in your order.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting Customer Support. Additionally, check with anyone who may have accepted your delivery, like other household members, neighbours, or someone who accepts mail for your building.
